Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join its client’s HR team in Beaumont, Texas. You will own design, development, hands-on implementation, and ongoing management of learning and development programs, performance management, and succession planning to support business needs.

You will independently create programs from the ground up—then launch, facilitate, maintain, and continuously improve them to close employee skill gaps and strengthen leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with learning and development responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience creating, launching, and maintaining learning programs across levels.
• Strong project management with ability to run multiple initiatives.
• Experience with LMS/HRIS tools; Paylocity or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, hands-on implementation, and ongoing management of L&D programs.
• Independently create programs—from ground up to launch, facilitate, maintain and improve.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual and department training plans.
• Build tools for performance management and succession planning; assist leaders.
• Use metrics, feedback, and data to evaluate and improve programs.
