Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates for the Manufacturing Development Program in Stockton. The 15-month rotational program includes production, maintenance, and warehouse experiences, plus potential tours through other departments and a 6-month Plant Supervisor assignment.

Relocation after completion expands future opportunities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Business preferred) and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any field preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formalized professional skills training and leadership development.
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand leadership scope.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and present outcomes to leadership.
• Travel up to 3 weeks to other plant locations.
