Job summary

Niagara Bottling’s Manufacturing Development Program is a 15-month rotation across Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance, designed to accelerate your career with hands-on plant experience and leadership exposure.

Starting dates May/June 2027. Participants gain leadership as a Shift Supervisor in 1–3 months, travel to various plant locations, mentorship, training, and project ownership. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Students graduating between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 with a passion for manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations, or engineering
• Strong communicators and problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments
• Individuals looking to grow into leadership roles within a dynamic organization

Responsibilities

• Leadership experience as a Shift Supervisor (1–3 months)
