Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates for its Manufacturing Development Program in Temple, TX. This 15‑month rotational program lets participants gain hands‑on experience across plant departments, including Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse, with chances to lead as a Plant Supervisor during the latter part of the program.

MDP participants will rotate through operations, engineering, human resources, or quality assurance depending on availability and interest, building leadership and

Qualifications

• Minimum 0 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred 2 years experience managing people/projects.
• 1 year internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formalized professional skills training including Niagara culture, self-awareness, and leadership development.
• Ongoing support from Niagara Bottling’s leadership, MDP alumni, and a dedicated advisor from the Talent Development team.
• Participation in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects.
• 6 months of experience leading a shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 weeks travel to other plant locations.
• Work in all aspects of manufacturing and complete cross-departmental projects.
