Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 0–2 years field experience acceptable, internship appreciated.
• Internal leadership potential through the Manufacturing Development Program rotations.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as rotations advance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 15‑month rotational program across plant departments.
• Act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months to gain leadership experience.
• Lead cost or time-saving projects impacting plant performance.
• Rotate through Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments as available.
• Travel to other plant locations for 3 weeks minimum.
