Participants will act as Plant Supervisors for 6 months and develop leadership, Lean Six Sigma, and problem‑solving skills. relocation after graduation expands future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 0 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment; 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment; 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects; 1 Year - internship experience
• Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree; Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any field
• Certification/License: Required: N/A; Preferred: N/A

Responsibilities
