Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Stockton is seeking participants for our 15‑month Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). You will rotate 9 months through plant departments on cost or time‑saving projects, with exposure to Production, Maintenance and Warehouse, plus potential assignments in Engineering, HR or Quality Assurance.

Selected candidates will serve as Plant Supervisors for 6 months, gain leadership experience, and may relocate after completion to broaden career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Interest in manufacturing and leadership development.
• Willingness to relocate after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 9-month department rotations focused on cost or time savings.
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months during the program.
• Engage in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt projects.
• Collaborate across Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
