Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates for the Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) in Lancaster. This 15-month rotational program covers Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments with a future Plant Supervisor track.

Travel to multiple plant locations is required, and relocation after completion is encouraged for broader opportunities. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and show potential for leadership, problem solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 0 years–2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
