Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks candidates for its Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) in Texas. This 15-month rotational program offers hands-on experience across multiple plant departments, including Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse, with project work and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Spends 9 months rotating through plant departments working on cost and time-saving projects.
• Acts as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand leadership and operations.
• Performs cross-departmental projects across manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
• Travel to other plant locations for at least 3 weeks.
• Participates in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt projects.
