• Minimum Qualifications: 0 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Minimum Qualifications: 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• Preferred Qualifications: 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 Year - internship experience

Responsibilities

• 6 months of experience leading a shift in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3 weeks travel to other plant locations
• Work in all aspects of manufacturing and complete cross-departmental projects
• Attend department/manager meetings and action plan based on feedback
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
