Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking candidates to join the Manufacturing Development Program in Rialto. The 15‑month program rotates you through plant departments, including Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse, with a 6‑month Plant Supervisor stint to gain leadership experience.

Participants will engage in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt training, cross‑department projects, and development with Niagara’s leadership. Relocation after graduation broadens future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: Engineering/Business or any field bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 weeks travel to other plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 15-month rotational program across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments.
• Act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months to understand leadership scope.
• Relocation after program completion is required to broaden job opportunities.
