Job summary

Niagara Bottling, Jacksonville, invites applicants to join the Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). This 15-month rotation blends hands-on projects with leadership development across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.

Participants rotate through areas for cost/time-saving initiatives and spend 6 months as a Plant Supervisor to build leadership and problem-solving abilities. Relocation after graduation broadens future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
• 2 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
• 1 Year - internship experience

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across plant departments through a 15-month rotation.
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Relocation after the program to broaden opportunities.
