Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Baytown, TX offers a 15-month Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) designed to build leaders in people and processes. Participants rotate through Production, Maintenance and Warehouse, with opportunities in operations, engineering, HR, or QA as available.

MDP includes formal training, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt projects, and a 6-month Plant Supervisor assignment to deepen leadership. Relocation after graduation expands job opportunities within Niagara.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people and/or projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Engineering, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• During the 15-month MDP, rotate through plant departments to gain broad exposure.
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Travel to other Niagara plant locations for cross-site learning (minimum 3 weeks).
