Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Mesa, AZ is launching a Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) that spans 15 months with rotations through plant departments. You will work on cost and time-saving projects while building leadership skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

MDP participants may supervise for 6 months and relocate after graduation to explore broader opportunities across Niagara’s network. A hands-on training plan includes Lean Six Sigma belt training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Preferred: 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects.
• 1 Year - internship experience.

Responsibilities

• During the 15 months, participate in on-the-job training and professional development with formalized Niagara culture, leadership development, and Lean Six Sigma training.
• Rotate through plant departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse) and complete cross-departmental projects.
• Lead a shift for 6 months to gain leadership and problem-solving experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Travel to other Niagara plant locations for at least 3 weeks during the program and contribute to cost/time-saving projects.
