Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires experience as Manufacturing Technician for medical device or complex electromechanical capital equipment; GDP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production floor activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Assign and coordinate technician work priorities based on production needs.
• Mentor, coach, and develop manufacturing technicians; support troubleshooting and skills development.
• Facilitate shift handoffs and communicate production status to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Represent the floor in daily performance meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Monitor production progress and escalate issues impacting objectives.
