Responsibilities

• Lead the site technology roadmap and capital plan within budget.
• Coach ME team to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Drive plant productivity via value stream mapping and DMAIC.
• Implement OEE tracking and capacity utilization measurements.
• Collaborate with other NA sites to share best practices.
