Johnson & Johnson, a world leader in healthcare, is seeking a Supervisory role in Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations at the Ottava production team in Santa Clara. This position focuses on leading daily production build plans, mentoring technicians, and driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements across multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in medical devices, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and familiarity with capital

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree and/or equivalent university degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience; supervisory experience in medical devices.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and be responsible for daily production build plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Supervise a team of technicians, hire and train new members and mentor existing ones.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Document and share best practices to foster innovation and excellence.
• Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
