Qualifications

• BS preferred in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or Business Administration.
• 6+ years in production planning, inventory management, supply network planning, demand management, capacity planning or related.
• Experience in medical device or pharma planning; SAP hands-on is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing.
• Plan, monitor and consolidate material demand for suppliers.
• Participate in discussions with key functional partners on business scenarios and provide input for key projects.
• Develop insights from analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to improve production strategy.
• Support analysis of production specs and capacity data to optimize processes, materials, personnel and tools.
• Lead the S&OP process to align demand, capacity and supply plans.
• Monitor production performance against plans and enable improvements in scheduling processes.
• Participate in new product launches and forecasts to ensure capacity is considered.
