Qualifications

• Expertise in CAD design, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own assembly processes for OTTAVA surgeon input device and major subassemblies.
• Develop assembly sequence logic for error control, friction, preload, and encoder alignment.
• Define datum schemes, fixturing, and measurement methods for consistent reference frames.
• Author and release manufacturing processes including MPI, DHR, MES documentation.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Operations to drive manufacturing readiness.
