Job summary

Wausau Tile is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to support IT infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments. You will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain critical systems, and support ERP/MRP operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to troubleshoot issues independently while knowing when to escalate to the IT Manager. This role emphasizes safety and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Core knowledge includes Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra and TCP/IP networking.
Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support IT infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, production staff, and manufacturing operations.
Monitor network, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, and other technology in the facility.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
Support ERP/MRP users with access, system, and application-related issues.
Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
