Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Technician to support technology operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in Mineral Point and surrounding sites. This on-site role covers desktop support, networking, server administration, and infrastructure reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field or equivalent.
- 8-10 years customer service related experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support, imaging, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting for end users.
- Monitor and maintain data closet equipment, servers, UPS systems, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with server setup, upgrades, maintenance, and operational support.
- Document network infrastructure changes, IDF updates, and port mappings.
- Coordinate and escort third-party vendors performing maintenance on IT systems.
