Job summary

WAUSAU TILE LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT across office and manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable ERP/MRP operations and production continuity. You will manage infrastructure, security, and user access while coordinating with vendors and the IT Manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows Server and AD skills, experience with 365/Exchange, and familiarity with ERP systems. Join a team focused on uptime and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams and networking fundamentals.
Exposure to ERP/MRP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and production staff.
Monitor network, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, and other tech across facilities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and upgrade computers, peripherals, and software.
Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access to systems.
Support ERP/MRP system including user access and issue resolution.
Assist ERP enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues.
Develop procedures for common IT issues and provide training.
