Job summary

Rough Country is seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role will administer and secure the company’s network infrastructure, servers, and enterprise systems across multiple locations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in network and systems administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure (switches/routers/vpns/wireless).
• Experience with SAP ERP and Körber WMS in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint security, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across locations.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Support SAP ERP and Körber WMS within manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Monitor network security, perform vulnerability remediation and support cyber initiatives.
• Monitor server/network performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans and testing.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to resources.
• Lead or assist with network upgrades and infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and SOPs.
• Provide advanced technical support and on-call coverage as needed.
