Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Manufacturing IT System Administrator to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of plant IT systems. You will support Plex, Ignition, production monitoring, industrial networks, and related infrastructure to keep production running.

The role requires hands-on IT and manufacturing operations understanding, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. You will administer servers and user access, provide 1st/2nd level support, and lead IT projects while

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar IT qualification.
• Hands-on IT administration experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
• Experience administering Windows client operating systems.
• Experience with virtual server environments and storage systems.
• Knowledge of SQL databases; Oracle experience preferred.
• Understanding of network topologies and network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, client devices, printers, and storage systems.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and components.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for office and production employees.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
• Lead or participate in IT implementation and optimization projects.
• Procure, install, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
• Support manufacturing and production-related IT systems.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and corporate IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to DAUCH IT policies, standards, and security requirements.
