Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Led teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Ability to read, write and understand English in job communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop comprehensive project charters with QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposal development and responses to RFPs.
• Monitor financial status and perform interim reviews with leaders.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly updates for stakeholders and manage project meetings.
