Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in Irvine, CA. You’ll lead teams through design, permitting and construction administration, managing schedule, budget and client relationships.

You will develop charters, QA/QC plans, and assist with proposals while ensuring quality and profitability across all phases of delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in a professional architecture or design firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases while adhering to contract, schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts, create milestones, and staffing work plans.
• Develop project charters and QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor financial status and conduct reviews with leadership.
• Review invoicing, tracking contracts and permits.
• Prepare weekly project updates for stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and reviews.
