Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial in Irvine, CA. Lead teams through all design and delivery phases, manage contracts, schedules, and budgets, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities include project governance, QA/QC, and construction administration support, with focus on profitability and design excellence. Requires strong Revit/AutoCAD proficiency and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensure as a registered architect preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases while ensuring deliverables meet contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure required contracts are in place prior to beginning execution of contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans.
• Create and maintain detailed Project Charters including a QA/QC plan.
• Assist with development of proposals and RFP responses; manage financial reviews.
