Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Manufacturing HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner embedded with automotive plants and parts depots. You will support hourly and salaried workforces, align HR initiatives with lean manufacturing goals, and drive labor relations and workforce planning on the production floor.

The role emphasizes cultivating a high-performance culture, DEI initiatives, talent development, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing HR and labor relations preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at the plant and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership: advise plant leadership and translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
• Talent Management: design workforce development, succession planning and performance optimization.
• Data storytelling: leverage HR analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Culture and DEI: drive engagement, recognition and inclusive leadership practices.
• Labor relations: manage union relations and contract interpretation, negotiations and compliance.
• HR operations: payroll, leave management, and HRIS-related processes.
