Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Director, HR Business Partner to lead the people strategy for a key organization. You will partner across HR and business leaders to deliver scalable HR programs and drive leadership value.

You will guide talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives, influencing leaders and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role, based at Dearborn, MI, with in-person collaboration four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 10+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR
• People leadership experience, including direct management of HR team members
• Strong ability to influence and partner across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data analytics skills and data storytelling to inform decisions
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the HR strategy and program delivery
• Drive culture of excellence; prepare leaders to embrace change
• Consult with senior leaders to enhance organizational design and engagement
• Translate objectives into tailored HR strategies for the org
• Lead large-scale change management impacting hundreds to thousands of employees
• Develop workforce plans aligning talent with business needs
• Own talent management lifecycle including acquisition, integration, performance, rewards, and retention
• Possibly lead a team of HR Business Partners
