Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI with dashboards, reports, and data models.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership as the trusted advisor for the manufacturing facility, owning the full scope of HR functions including employee relations, union relations, benefits, compensation, training, organizational development, and communications.
• Build relationships with operations leadership to provide consulting and strategic guidance on HR matters that drive cultural change and support production objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with union representatives to prevent escalations and ensure fair application of collective bargaining agreements.
• Oversee recruitment processes with background checks and onboarding programs.
• Coach leaders on effective communication, PDCA, and consistent leadership practices across the workforce.
• Lead and develop HR teams to align with organizational goals and HR strategies.
