Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Manufacturing HR Business Partner embedded in our plants and depots. You will lead HR initiatives for hourly and salaried staff, drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce transformation on the production floor.

You will partner with leadership to optimize labor relations, ethics, safety, and continuous improvement while shaping a data-first culture using Visier/Voice analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• 2–4 years of HR and labor work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, translating business strategy into HR initiatives.
• Design and execute talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning using HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture with DEI initiatives and on-floor visibility.
• Manage labor relations, negotiate agreements, and resolve grievances with unions.
