Job summary

Ford is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Enterprise Technology’s Product Creation & Industrialization teams in Dearborn, MI. You will build the people strategy, coach leaders, and drive organizational health and employee experience in a high-impact, transformation-focused role.

You will partner with Finance on headcount planning and cost while translating the annual people operating plan into quarterly execution, maintaining a tight operating rhythm, and delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• 7-10 years progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Breadth across HR disciplines and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the annual people operating plan with the leadership team and translate it into quarterly execution with named owners, measures and review dates.
• Coach leaders to own and execute their people plans with diagnosis, resources and standards.
• Lead talent review, calibration, and succession planning for the client group.
