Ford Motor Company is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR leader embedded in our automotive manufacturing plants and parts depots. The role partners with plant leadership to drive business objectives through HR, manage the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and advocate talent development on the production floor.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, or related field required
• 2–4 years HR and labor experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Onsite presence at manufacturing plant required

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to plant leadership and translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
• Lead strategic labor engagement, collective bargaining support, and employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, and leaves; ensure compliance and risk management.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives on the plant floor.
• Maintain a rotating shift schedule and provide on-site HR support as needed.
