Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR with business objectives in an on-site distribution setting. You will partner with site leadership, operations, and union representatives to deliver HR solutions, manage talent, and ensure policy compliance while fostering a high-performing workforce.

You will drive employee engagement initiatives, handle investigations, and support labor relations with expert communication and problem-solving skills across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant HR and labor work experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with operations and leadership to advise on HR matters.
• Support talent management including performance, development, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with union reps to ensure fair, compliant application of the union contract.
• Conduct investigations, address grievances, and escalate when needed.
• Support payroll, attendance tracking, leaves, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Advance employee engagement and DEI initiatives across shifts.
