Job summary

You will manage talent pipelines, workforce planning, and change initiatives while engaging senior leaders and building a high-performance culture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong data storytelling and analytical capabilities to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of HR strategy and program delivery across the organization.
• Partner with leaders to drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Own talent management lifecycle including acquisition, performance, rewards and retention.
• Possibly lead a team of HR Business Partners and translate business priorities into HR actions.
