The HR Generalist will drive workforce planning, coaching, and recruitment collaboration, while ensuring compliance with US and OH employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Knowledge of US and OH employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting and coaching to operations leaders and managers.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
