Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to support direct labor HR needs at the Littleton, CO site. The role partners with Supervisors to drive employee engagement, handle relations, and ensure compliant, fair practices. Onsite presence is required with occasional travel to nearby facilities.

The candidate will work with Talent Acquisition, execute onboarding, and support payroll audits. Bachelor’s in HR and HR certifications are preferred; manufacturing background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support HR needs for direct labor at the Littleton, CO site.
• Coach and consult supervisors on full-cycle employment matters.
• Conduct investigations and issue disciplinary actions as needed.
• Partner with HR leadership on complex matters.
• Lead New Hire Orientation for local employees.
• Assist payroll audits and time/attendance processes.
