Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support direct labor at the North Jackson, Ohio facility.

This onsite role partners with managers to deliver a positive employment experience, sustain high engagement, and maintain morale across the workforce. The position covers full HR scope including employee relations, investigations, recruitment support, onboarding, and compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years supporting full spectrum of HR disciplines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in employee relations and investigations; maintain confidentiality.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition for recruitment; direct labor focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting/coaching to business leaders on employment issues.
• Support talent/organization change and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead employee relations investigations and determine outcomes based on facts.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure onboarding is smooth and compliant.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
