Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders to understand needs and align HR strategies with goals.
• Develops positive working relationships and business partnerships in designated offices and throughout the company.
• Provides guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Supports talent management initiatives including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Analyzes HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts exit interviews and develops strategies to increase engagement and retention.
