Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Human Resources Manager for our 200-employee, non-union manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to translate production goals into workforce strategies, leading labor relations, organizational design, and talent retention across hourly and salaried staff.

Key duties include workforce planning, safety culture development, and data-driven HR management, with a strong emphasis on coaching plant leaders and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing/plant or supply chain background 3–5+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align workforce strategy with production goals.
• Manage employee relations on the shop floor.
• Lead change management for restructurings and shifts.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership development.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
