Job summary

Lucas Milhaupt, LLC is seeking an HR Manager for our manufacturing plant to lead workforce strategies, coach leaders, and ensure operational excellence. You will balance strategic initiatives with hands-on employee interaction, supporting a safe and productive work environment.

The role focuses on talent development, performance management, and legal compliance within a fast-paced plant setting. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is required.
• 5 years’ experience in human resources required.
• PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
• 2 years’ Operations HR or COE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders and associates at all levels to strengthen engagement and performance.
• Lead HR processes for the site, including performance management and compensation planning with proper training and tracking.
• Partner with site leadership to source, interview, and place regular or temporary positions while ensuring timely staffing.
• Promote a positive work environment and drive total associate engagement, overseeing policy interpretation and legal compliance.
