Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations within a large manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on plant HR leadership role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations leaders, supporting hourly teams, and driving initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, with the ability to balance strategic partnership with day‑to‑day HR execution in a fast‑paced production environment.
