Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking an EHS Manager to lead nationwide health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA standards. You will drive risk reduction, train staff, and integrate EHS into business processes across the United States.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Safety, Environmental or related field (PHR/CSP preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and U.S. employment laws.
• Experience leading EHS in automotive or manufacturing context is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all EHS requirements and promote safety culture.
• Inspect facilities to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation on safety objectives.
• Develop and maintain Health, Safety, Industrial and Process Safety Programs.
• Audit data, track KPI and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Workers' Compensation and drug testing programs.
