CFS in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions in a growing manufacturing environment. This role offers a direct reporting line to a supportive executive team and a chance to implement new structures and processes.

You will drive recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, and employee development while partnering with leaders to shape long-term workforce strategy in a fully in-office setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead projects from conception through implementation and drive change.
• Strong communication, resilience, and relationship-building across all levels.
• SHRM certification and/or bachelor's degree are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.
• Build and improve HR processes, procedures, and programs that support organizational growth and engagement.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on skilled manufacturing and shop-floor talent.
• Oversee benefits administration, renewals, open enrollment, and employee communications.
• Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
