Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a hands-on HR Manager to strengthen employee relationships, empower plant leadership, and shape a workplace where people and operations thrive. This role directly influences culture and the success of a growing manufacturing organization in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary HR resource for plant employees, managing relations and policy interpretation, onboarding, workforce planning, and maintaining HRIS data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience required.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort supporting plant leadership and hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for plant employees and leadership.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Lead onboarding and support a positive new-hire experience.
• Partner with plant leaders on workforce planning and operational needs.
• Maintain employee records, performance reviews, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate with payroll and corporate HR teams.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend practical improvements.
