Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; further education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting HR in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for hourly personnel and production leaders on attendance and policies.
• Recruit for hourly manufacturing roles; facilitate onboarding and orientation.
• Enter payroll data and manage HRIS records; assist timekeeping processes.
• Assist with compliance, training tracking, and leaves of absence.
• Lead employee recognition and engagement activities; support vendor management.
