Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post education is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a similar human resources role.
• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily staff & leadership support for attendance, policies, performance and inquiries.
• Recruiting and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions with HR Manager and staffing agencies.
• HRIS, payroll data entry and timekeeping support; maintain employee records.
• Assist with compliance audits, labor law adherence, training tracking, and workers' comp.
