Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent planning, organization and managing multiple priorities.
• Effective and professional written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with employment legal requirements including EEO/AAP, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, unemployment, workers compensation.
• Ability to adapt schedule to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Attract, select and hire talent through compliant processes to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, postings and selection processes as roles evolve.
• Manage external postings, applicant flow, referrals and partnerships with agencies.
• Develop relationships with government and private sources for talent referral.
• Coordinate assessments, interviewing, offers and onboarding activities.
• Benchmark local positions for external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support onboarding, career paths and HR data accuracy across teams.
• Assist with training and development programs and policy interpretation.
