Job summary

lighteracareers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Norcross plant. The role partners with plant leadership to deliver HR services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compliance, and workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or business, a PHR, and at least five years of HR leadership experience at a large facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• PHR certification is required.
• Minimum five years as HR head in a manufacturing facility with 200+ employees.
• Experience with ADP systems.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Lead investigations and diffusing employee issues as needed.
• Develop and implement human resource policies and HR projects.
• Prepare management with headcount, turnover, and LOA data; manage reports in ADP.
