Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR reporting in close partnership with leadership to meet business objectives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in HR, with familiarity in payroll, OSHA, and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, maintenance, and administrative positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate screenings, and facilitate onboarding and orientation.
